Having trouble pasting special characters from a Word document?
First paste your Word content into Notepad.  Delete any unusual characters in Notepad, then select your text and copy & paste it into Snapshape.  Most special characters are supported within the Snapshape editor.  (This extra step is being addressed in the new release.)

Having trouble lining up information into columns?
Insert a table on your page (put cursor on the page where you want a table, then click on the table icon).  Specify the number of columns and estimated number of rows (you can add more rows if needed later).  Optional - use the table properties to contol your column widths.
